
Cloud Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment, with a primary focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Copilot Agents).
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage core Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
- Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.
- Administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
- Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries.
- Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver M365-based solutions.
- Implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
- Manage permissions and access controls across the M365 suite.
- Monitor and respond to alerts related to governance, compliance, and data breaches.
- Monitor service health, usage, and analytics using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, with expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform.
- Deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, architecture, and integration capabilities.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, retention policies, and data loss prevention practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
