Full Stack Developer Job Description

This role entails the development of high-quality software solutions that meet coding standards and collaborate with team members to achieve this goal.

  • We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who can work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment, taking ownership of projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be able to break down complex problems into manageable parts, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop creative solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as the successful candidate will need to articulate their thoughts and ideas effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet the required quality standards.
  • To participate in daily project scrum meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and progress monitoring.
  • To create user documentation for completed solutions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for end-users.
  • To work closely with support teams to resolve production issues efficiently and effectively.
  • To mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • To participate in peer reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • To contribute to the development of technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • To consult with QA staff on testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and testing using NodeJS, Java.
  • Familiarity with REST API, API security, and relevant frameworks.
  • Experience working with ReactJS/Angular and other front-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Postgres, MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC principles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working experience in agile teams.
  • Familiarity with source control principles and systems.
