Job Title: Senior Front-End Engineer

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Division: Technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop admin dashboards with custom components, charts, and interactive visualizations using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and dynamic UI rendering based on user permissions.
  • Integration of GeoSpatial data in Informative maps.
  • Build reusable UI components and contribute to a component library/design system.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs for real-time data updates and dynamic content rendering.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security for complex admin workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers on pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs.
  • Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and maintain best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging front-end trends, libraries, and performance techniques.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience in React or similar frameworks.
  • Expert in (hooks, context, advanced patterns) and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong experience with charting and data visualization libraries (e.g., , , Recharts, Highcharts).
  • Deep understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) implementation in UI.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled

Components).

  • Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs integration.
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in Git and Agile development practices.

Additional skills as plus

  • Familiarity with for SSR and optimized routing.
  • React native for mobile app development
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Experience in creating reusable UI libraries for scalable projects.
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for accurate UI development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
