Operations Excellence Manager Role Overview:

The Operations Excellence Manager oversees and optimizes end-to-end business processes to deliver high-quality services.

This involves client management, people & performance management, cross-functional team leadership, process efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Transform Business Operations: Design and implement an operational excellence framework, formulate KPI tables, identify improvement initiatives, drive innovation & automation for waste elimination & efficiency improvement.
  • Deliver High-Quality Services: Provide support to process owners, ensure adherence to service levels, headcount management/co-ordination at client site.

Project Management:

  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Lead a diverse team of 20+ members, fostering a collaborative culture by setting clear goals, mentoring team members, and driving accountability.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify process gaps and implement efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery. Work closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as Assistant Manager or Manager
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Demonstrated project / program management skills
  • Extensive understanding of mistake proofing & automation tools
  • Lean Six Sigma GB certified (or BB trained)
  • E-commerce / Internet Industry experience
  • People management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
