• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Manage accounts receivable functions to align with accounting department goals
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts based on expected receipts
• Analyze and report on collections performance
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and documents
• Identify and flag potential bad accounts to management

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
