We are seeking a highly skilled Automation testing engineer who is comfortable with Python, Selenium & Java.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features among other duties.

The Automation testing engineer will be required to oversee a project from conception to final product requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • To thrive in an Automation testing role candidates should possess:
  • Proficiency in Python and Robot Framework
  • Deep understanding of locators waits page object model and test design patterns using Selenium WebDriver
  • Experience in writing API tests validating JSON/XML responses and handling authentication using Rest Assured
  • Experience in test orchestration and reporting using TestNG / JUnit
  • Build tool experience for managing dependencies and test execution using Maven / Gradle
  • Version control and branching strategies using Git
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins GitLab CI or similar
Key Responsibilities

Leading the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers designers and QA engineers to identify and prioritize testing needs.

Developing and executing comprehensive testing plans to validate application functionality and performance.

Analyzing and troubleshooting defects identified during testing to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Python and Selenium.

Proven expertise in API testing using tools like Rest Assured.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
