Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize diverse channels to identify potential candidates for open roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements and company culture, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies, driving effective talent acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market dynamics to inform strategic recruitment decisions.
  • Ensure seamless Recruitment experiences by coordinating on various activities, prioritizing candidate satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organizing multiple tasks, ensuring efficient recruitment operations.
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders and candidates at all levels, promoting a positive candidate experience.
  • Adept at leveraging professional networks for candidate engagement, cultivating diverse candidate pools.
  • Analytical aptitude to use data in improving sourcing activities and meeting KPIs, driving business results.
