Job Description

We are embarking on a dynamic journey with our client at Natobotics. You will be exposed to the latest technologies and work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role as an Identity & Access Management (MFA Engineer) who can assist with the below:

  1. MFA Implementation & Migration: Drive the migration project from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  2. Technical Expertise: Serve as a SME on MFA technologies, particularly Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator. Provide technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  3. Design & Architecture: Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet the security needs of the organization while complying with industry regulations.
  4. Policy Development: Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  5. User Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
  6. Monitoring & Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.
  7. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remediation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

You will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
  • Proven experience in working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance, and security requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator, with a demonstrated track record of successful migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
