Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with program managers to create processes and collaborate with technical and business team members
  • Conduct deep-dives, identify improvement opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and track metrics
  • Monitor key performance indicators and performance of improvement initiatives
  • Ability to harness information and perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions
  • Document processes and update existing standard operating procedures
  • Review and suggest business changes required to the team based on stakeholder input
  • Handle various sets of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
  • Onboard new processes and metrics as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2+ years of professional work experience in data-driven business operations processes with a focus on workplace safety
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to all levels within the enterprise
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience gathering business requirements and developing dashboards to surface meaningful key performance indicators and actionable business intelligence
  • Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and propose safety interventions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively balance and prioritize issues
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Strong relationship building, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to stakeholders and senior management
  • Basic understanding and experience in programming languages, such as QuickSight
