Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Leader

Role Overview

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading and architecting automation efforts in quality assurance, focusing on developing and maintaining scalable, clean, and maintainable automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Selenium automation test scripts for new application functions.
  • Maintain and update existing automation test scripts to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Utilize JMeter for performance testing, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Rapidly become familiar with complex systems, contributing effectively to the team.
  • Prior experience in accounting and finance domains is highly valued.
  • Efficiently learn and understand application architecture, functionalities, UI, and business logic, minimizing the learning curve.
  • Take ownership of tasks, completing them with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality work and speed.
  • Write and maintain robust, clean, and scalable front/back end code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Track task delivery and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with writing and maintaining automation scripts.
  • Proficiency in Java and Selenium.
  • Detailed understanding of Page Object Model (POM), Page Factory, and Data-driven framework.
  • Experience with Jenkins, BitBucket, and Jira.
  • Able to analyze test cases and identify areas suitable for automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with developers and QA engineers.
Nice to Have
  • Prior QA experience in financial or order-processing systems.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins test environment.
  • Basic performance testing with JMeter.
