About Our Organization:

We are a leading manufacturer of lithium-ion battery products dedicated to addressing social issues related to energy, environment, and resources.

We seek a highly skilled professional to lead our Cell R&D organization in NMC Cell design and development, driving us towards achieving our objectives. The role requires managing a design and development team for NMC technology in various formats of battery cells produced in our Gigafactory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal inventories of raw materials, assembly materials, PPEs, and consumables on the shop floor according to the production plan.
  • Issue materials from warehouses to production with the assistance of various material handling equipment such as RGV, AGV, Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, and Conveyors.
  • Allocate manpower for tasks like Kitting/De-Palletizing, Palletising Packing, Materials issues, Internal Scarp movement, etc.
  • Ensure zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis.
  • Move various scrap (hazardous and non-hazardous) to designated areas.
  • C coordinate with internal stakeholders such as production planning, process, maintenance, quality, IT contractors, SCM, etc., to fulfill business requirements.
  • Ensure required entries and reports are passed in SAP and documents are maintained as per Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Adhere to established standards.
  • Maintain and issue PPEs and Consumables.

  • Ensure timely delivery of the right materials to production at the right location.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to avoid production stoppages due to material unavailability.
  • Train personnel to operate relevant equipment effectively.
