Job Title: Senior Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced FP&A expert to join our finance team.

This role is key to driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus.
