  • 3+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of bidders, with a minimum of 3 members.
  • Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication is essential.
  • Familiarity with software development services, including mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc., is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and reporting expertise to track conversion and performance are necessary.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for this role.
