Internal Auditor Role

As a key member of the team, you will independently perform internal audit reviews of various areas of the organization, assessing controls over operational efficiencies, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • You will participate in an enterprise-wide risk assessment exercise, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Using your analytical skills, you will obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant information to inform your audit findings.
  • Assist in conducting fraud and other investigations as directed by the Head of Internal Audit, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to address any issues that arise.
  • With attention to detail and a commitment to timeliness, you will ensure the accurate completion of the audit plan, preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit results and document processes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Internal Audit to prepare Audit Committee Reports and papers, providing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities and Skills

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) or 5-6 years of experience (Manager) in internal auditing, holding relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA. Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and other analytical tools is essential, while strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are also required.
