Objective:

We are seeking a seasoned Android Application Developer to fill a key position in our development team. As a crucial member of the infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Develop robust and user-friendly Android applications utilizing Kotlin, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experience.
  • Development Lifecycle: Oversee the entire development process from concept to deployment, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with project owners/managers (PO/PM) and developers both in meetings and through written communication.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in Kotlin and its nuances, as well as experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
  • Push Notification Integration: Experience with Push Notifications integrations.
  • Android Design Principles: Understanding of Google's Android Design Principles and Application Interface Guidelines.
  • Software Development Experience: Proven software development experience, 4+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
  • Android OS Development: Software development for Android OS (Linux environment).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SOC Chip Knowledge: Knowledge on SOC chip (Quectel) mandatory.
  • Android OS Architecture: Hands-on experience on android OS based software architecture knowledge mandatory. (MVVM etc)
  • Boot Process and Flashing Images: Familiarity with android boot process and flashing images like fast boot, OTA, QFIL.
  • Mobile Apps Development Exposure: Mobile apps development exposure.

Education Qualification:

  • Degree Requirements: BE (EEE), BE(ECE), MS (Electronics), MCA, BE (Computer Science), M tech (Embedded/electronics).
