Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management: Build and manage a strong vendor base that meets quality, cost, and service expectations.
  • Procurement Strategies: Develop strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply at the best value while mitigating supply risks.
  • Collaboration: Work with R&D and NPD teams to onboard vendors for new materials and packaging innovations.
  • Cost Savings: Lead price negotiations and drive cost-saving initiatives across the procurement portfolio.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish procurement KPIs (OTIF, cost, lead time, inventory health) and drive regular reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Supply Chain, 6-8 years of relevant experience in RM/PM Procurement, and strong negotiation and analytical skills. They should be comfortable with ERP systems and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
