Job Description- Pricing Expertise: Our team builds products and systems to provide Sellers relevant and actionable data, notifications, and recommendations to optimize pricing decisions, automate competitive price matching at scale, and operate secured, optimized, and scalable systems that empower Selling Partners to achieve pricing objectives.
- Team Leadership: As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly talented engineers building pricing products for Amazon's Selling Partners worldwide. You will manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment and partner with software development and design teams to deliver on product and services roadmap.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, driving Operational Excellence, and owning project management.
- Engineering Expertise: 7+ years of experience in multi-tier web services, knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical designs and product strategy to users, other technical teams, and senior leadership.
