Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Systems expert to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience as a Financial SME with extensive knowledge of Coupa and Dynamics 365 systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on Coupa and Dynamics 365 modules
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Coupa and Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Configure and customize Coupa Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Coupa and Dynamics 365 with other systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Coupa and Dynamics 365 processes and configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Coupa and Dynamics 365 modules
  • Perform Hands-on activities of tickets analysis, Identify, test, apply resolution in Coupa and Dynamics 365

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Coupa MS Dynamics 365 SME or similar role for at least 5-7yrs
  • In-depth knowledge of Coupa MS Dynamics 365 system and its modules, including Dynamics-365 ERP system, Dynamics 365 Modules, Coupa Modules

    Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
