About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive administrator to manage and support our cloud environment, with a primary focus on collaboration tools and digital workspaces.

This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with M365 services, and a solid understanding of governance, security, and user adoption best practices.

  • Administer and manage core M365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • Configure and maintain site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Teams and Groups.
  • Administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
  • Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries.
  • Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver M365-based solutions.
  • Implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Manage permissions and access controls across the M365 suite.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts related to governance, compliance, and data breaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in M365 administration, with expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • A deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, architecture, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, retention policies, and data loss prevention practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
