Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled business analyst to support platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resilience.

This role requires an analytical mindset and expertise in workflow analysis, KPI development, and dashboard creation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams for process standardization and contribute to informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workflows to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Support cloud cost optimization initiatives, including the implementation of Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and anomaly detection.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency strategies (RTO/RPO).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with IaC/CI-CD.
