The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR processes, people management, and compliance. They will be responsible for managing recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement & relations, performance management, HR operations & compliance, and learning & development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop talent acquisition plans.
    • Design and implement effective employee induction programs ensuring smooth joining formalities.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
    • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives aligned with company values.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
    • Promote a positive work culture and foster open communication channels.
  • Performance Management
    • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and goal-setting frameworks.
    • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to managers for informed decision-making.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS.
    • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll processing ensuring compliance with labor laws.
    • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and regulations.
  • Learning & Development
    • Identify training needs in consultation with managers and design personalized development plans.
    • Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives, including workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs.

Qualifications & Skills

A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 3-6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
