Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Genius Group Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and analysis, with excellent leadership and communication skills. The role requires overseeing all financial operations of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Preparation of management reports, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
  • Development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations.
  • Financial performance monitoring and provision of regular reports to senior management.
  • Financial analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Audit of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial resource allocation to support operational needs.
  • Collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and HR, to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Liaison with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the Education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in financial software, particularly QuickBooks.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
