Job Title: Privileged Access Management Engineer

To support the success of our business, we're seeking a skilled Privileged Access Management Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the operation, deployment, documentation, integration, and migration of our Beyond Trust PAM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to run and operate WPP's Privileged Access Management strategy using the Beyond Trust Platform.
  • Manage, support, and operate the PAM Platform, ensuring maximum security, organisational collaboration, and lifecycle automation.
  • Provide first-level support for issues, communicate effectively with customers, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Log detailed and accurate information into the Ticketing system, taking responsibility for your personal call queue and ensuring all tickets are kept up-to-date and closed efficiently.
  • Communicate with users to keep them informed about issue progression and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Help manage and maintain the Privileged Access Management account and delegation request process, ensuring efficient access for Engineers and applications owners.
  • Coach, collaborate, and aid colleagues to design and build a resilient platform, following proven and robust practices.
  • Standardise configuration across all deployments, aligned to best practice.
  • Work with engineering communities to optimise the best ways for them to work with the PAM platform.
  • Collaborate with PAM Product vendors to bring in and rollout new feature sets that improve both security, user experience, and functionality.
