Project description

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Operations Engineer will support the enterprise-wide expansion and ongoing enhancement of PAM capabilities using CyberArk solutions. The role exists to strengthen the security controls around privileged accounts, minimize misuse risks, and accelerate the implementation of advanced PAM functions. This is a critical position contributing to the organization's mission to safeguard sensitive systems and data while enabling secure innovation.

Responsibilities

  • - Design, build, and deploy CyberArk integration and automation solutions. - Enhance and continuously improve the CyberArk PAM platform, supporting scalability and new feature enablement. - Perform technical diagnostics and resolve PAM-related issues in collaboration with support teams. - Support delivery teams in project activities, providing CyberArk technical expertise and participating in delivery meetings. - Conduct audits and reviews of privileged access usage and ensure compliance with internal policies. - Collaborate with cybersecurity and identity governance teams to strengthen PAM policies and enforcement. - Maintain documentation on PAM operations, configurations, and procedures. - Provide technical guidance, training, and awareness to stakeholders on PAM practices and tools

SKILLS

Must have

  • - 4+ years of experience in a similar role - CyberArk PAM administration and integration experience. - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in privileged access security. - Experience with ISO 27001 and SOX compliance requirements. - In-depth understanding of access management, identity governance, and privileged session management. - Troubleshooting skills related to PAM tools, access failures, and policy misconfigurations. - Hands-on scripting with PowerShell or Python to automate PAM processes. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven experience managing multiple deliverables in agile or hybrid development environments.

Nice to have

- Exposure to BeyondTrust or other PAM tools. - Experience with cloud-based PAM solutions and integrations. - Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and their alignment with security practices. - Experience in highly regulated environments such as financial services. - Cybersecurity certifications like CyberArk Defender/Guardian, CISSP, or CISA.
