HR INTERN

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our team in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

This internship offers a valuable learning experience for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Coordinate interview logistics, including interview room setup, candidate communication, and interview panel coordination.

- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating new hire orientations.

Employee Relations

- Assist in maintaining employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information regarding HR policies and procedures.

- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

HR Administration

- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

- Help maintain HR documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.

- Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining employee-related records and documentation.

HR Projects and Initiatives

- Contribute to HR projects, such as employee surveys, performance management, and training and development programs.

- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist in organizing HR-related events, workshops, and training sessions.

Compliance and Policy Adherence

- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Help maintain confidentiality and data privacy of employee information in line with legal and organizational requirements.
