Main Responsibilities
  • Schedule, monitor, report, and manage information systems.
  • Optimize productivity by implementing improvements.
  • Develop and prepare process parameters and other process documents.
  • Allocate manpower and develop people's skills.
  • Evaluate adherence to quality systems (TS and EMS).
  • Maintain a safe working environment with 5S principles.
  • Establish monthly performance objectives.
  • Manage secondary operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of molding machines.
  • Troubleshoot molding issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor a team to adapt to optimum productivity.
  • Improve molding cycle time efficiency.
  • Analyze customer complaints, in-process rejections, and implement corrective actions.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
