We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Merchandiser

  • To develop seasonal collections with the design team based on customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage sample development, price negotiation, and order confirmation with buyers to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Coordinate material orders within set timelines while improving budget and costs, demonstrating operational excellence.
  • Ensure exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Handle small and high-value businesses effectively, utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Possess technical knowledge of woven garment manufacturing for various categories like shirts, jackets, and bottoms, driving product innovation.
  • Demonstrate leadership and management experience, leading cross-functional teams towards common goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel Merchandising, or Fashion Technology.
  • At least 1-8 years of experience as a merchandiser in a woven garment factory (buyer handling experience preferred), leveraging expertise in fashion production.
  • Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, costing, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fostering long-term business partnerships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet strict deadlines, delivering high-quality results under tight timelines.
