Job Description:

  • Participate in weekly merchandising meetings to analyze sales trends and provide insights on opportunities for growth.
  • Identify slow-moving stocks and take timely action to prevent stock accumulation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide innovative suggestions to attract and retain customers, enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell accessories and garments to increase average transaction value.
  • Develop and maintain personal contact with existing customers, undertaking promotional activities to foster loyalty and repeat business.
