Job Description
As a Product Manager at GradRight Inc., you will be the voice of reason for our entire product ecosystem. You will join a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products aligned with the company's vision and strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing customer needs, collaborating with stakeholders to ideate and deliver compelling solutions, creating buy-in for product vision, developing positioning strategies, and creating and maintaining detailed product requirements and roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 6 years of experience as a product manager at a B2C startup, with a proven track record of managing all aspects of product development lifecycle. You should have a strong understanding of software development workflows and ability to work with top-notch engineering teams.
A bias for experimentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentational and public speaking skills are essential. Experience in edTech and/or finTech domains, working on products that addressed an international audience, and scaling to millions of users are highly desirable.
