Key Responsibilities
  • Drive multiple projects forward, allocating resources effectively, tracking progress, and monitoring revenue.
  • Support strategic planning, execution, and setup for optimal results.
  • Ensure seamless resource deployment in line with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Oversee the accurate tracking of project status by reviewing updates from project leads.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while contributing to project estimations.
  • Deliver exceptional outputs across all design stages, adhering to industry standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and consultants on BIM modeling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows efficiently, allocate tasks wisely, and ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Support recruitment efforts and provide technical orientation for new team members.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts for enhanced efficiency.
  • Manage complex modeling, coordination, and delivery of international projects with precision.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Deep understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
