- Promote engagement across product lines, with a focus on cross-selling opportunities.
- Earn incentives for sales professionals across assigned geographies.
- Execute triggers, campaigns, and programs designed by the product teams.
- Manage cost-to-income ratio within guidelines, increasing profitability.
- Ensure sales professionals provide exceptional customer service and adhere to audit and compliance frameworks.
- Develop data-driven sales plans for existing customers to improve portfolio quality and account usage.
- Record all sales activity as per organizational process and ensure adherence to sales and service processes.
Requirements:
">- Any graduate or post-graduate degree.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
Leadership Expectations:
">- Lead a customer-centric culture, driving high-degree servicing norms for absolute customer satisfaction.
- Attract and retain top sales talent, controlling attrition.
- Monitor and achieve key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates, making necessary improvements.
