We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic support professional to join our team. Key responsibilities include providing prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries, maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures.
- Proactively reach out to customers to understand and address their concerns.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with company course offerings and online education industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to address gaps based on customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates to customers about the status of their inquiries or issues.
- Manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet established service level agreements.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Protect sensitive customer information and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs and customer support software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
