Job Title: Data Migration Expert - Leading the Way in Seamless Deployment

Job Description

As a seasoned data migration expert, you will lead the end-to-end execution of data migration activities. You will collaborate closely with local business and functional teams to ensure seamless deployment.

  • Serve as the focal point for assigned data objects in scope for deployment or local data migration projects.
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners (BDOs), Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams.
  • Drive migration activities for deployment projects.
  • Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects.
  • Manage DMW load file preparation and perform initial verification.
  • Execute DVT scripts and support defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data objects.
  • Coordinate defect resolution or escalate to GDMEs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A strong understanding of ERP project implementation experience is required, along with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS. Proficiency in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments is essential.

  • 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience, with strong data migration expertise.
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).
