Salesforce Development Leadership Position

As a seasoned Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, middleware).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and best practices.
- Experience with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and unlocked packages.
- Familiarity with other Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.
- Prior experience in a lead or senior developer role managing multiple stakeholders or teams.
