Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer with 4+ years of experience in implementing software robotics or automation projects using the UiPath platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end process assessment, working with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, and implementing automation solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills, project management principles, and the ability to work independently within stringent timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Software Robotics or automation projects using the UiPath platform.
  • Conduct end-to-end process assessment for automation feasibility.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs for automation solutions.
  • Perform assessments independently with minimum support and within stringent timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in implementing Software Robotics or automation projects using the UiPath platform.
  • Previous process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs.
  • Self-starter who can perform assessments independently.
  • Good client communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic elements of project management and planning.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
