Seeking Relationship Managers for Health and Benefits. Professionals with Group Mediclaim, Group Terms, Group Personal Accidents General Insurance experience or consulting background preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Servicing existing clients and developing new ones.
- Studying the client's portfolio and advising on risk management.
- Conducting gap analysis of policies, suggesting improvements and negotiating terms.
- Maintaining 100% client retention.
- Preparing proposals for client presentations and assisting clients with business development.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Engaging with clients to complete Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys
- Managing client invoices and ensuring timely payment
- Coordinating with other practices for portfolio level penetration in client relationships (Cross selling for non-EB portfolios)
Requirements:
- Interacting with risk insurance markets to source best solutions for clients.
- Ensuring documentation and policy issuance meet service level agreements discussed.
- Tracking renewals and sending timely reminders for premium payments to ensure continuity.
- Providing continuous assistance to clients regarding claims queries.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for client deliverables execution

- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good networking and relationship management skills, strong communication/presentation skills.
Experience required:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance industry or TPA.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients. Domain knowledge preferred.
