We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to drive our human resources function within our esteemed educational institution.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker to join our team as a key HR leader, overseeing various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. As a highly motivated and results-driven individual, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and driving business outcomes.

• Talent Acquisition: Recruit, hire, and retain top educational professionals ensuring alignment with our institution's mission and values.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, manage conflicts, and maintain open communication channels to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee growth, development, and productivity.
• Compliance: Oversee all HR-related compliance matters, including employment laws, regulations, and policies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's or HR certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources or capacity building in the non-profit sector. Understanding of the Education Sector will be an added advantage.
