Job Opportunity

The position of National Academic Head plays a pivotal role in shaping and refining academic programs. Key responsibilities include leading curriculum development, collaborating with experts to design and implement new curricula, and ensuring educational materials meet rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development and Review
  • Conduct research and consult with faculty, staff, and industry representatives to create effective curricula.
  • Coordinate the review/assessment of current curricula to guarantee alignment with learning objectives and requirements.
  • Develop instructional materials, including outlines and detailed guides for teachers.
  • Maintain a database of research findings to inform curriculum development and evaluation.
  • Analyze evaluations and data to recommend improvements and refine curricula on an annual basis.
  • Establish curricular goals and outlines for new and updated curricula.
  • Assemble a team of educators to support curriculum development.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through research, training, and other learning opportunities to enhance curriculum writing expertise.
  • Facilitate teacher training and coaching on academic content and best practices in education.
  • Identify guest speakers and trainers, develop activities to train teachers, and pursue opportunities for continued learning in teacher professional development.
  • Provide in-class support and coaching to teachers using designated curricula, focusing on teacher strategies, connecting with external resources, and assisting with classroom activities.

Essential Skills: Effective communication, leadership, collaboration, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in curriculum development, teaching, or related fields; strong understanding of educational principles and best practices.
