Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Create high-fidelity, visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Additionally, you should have 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
