Project Architect Role

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Project Architect to oversee the entire project cycle from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality designs and coordination of services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and relevant experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Cycle Management: Manage the project cycle from conception to delivery, maintaining high-quality designs and coordinating services effectively.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site contractors to ensure proper construction processes.
  • Technical Documentation: Create precise technical documents for construction projects and maintain accurate documentation of all coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Mitigate delays and facilitate project team meetings and communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Architecture Expertise: A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a reputable college is required.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD is necessary.
  • Experience: At least 9 years of experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality is essential.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  • Team Handling: Relevant experience in team handling is advantageous.
