Senior ECM Investment Banking Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, preferably in the ECM space, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients in preparing pitch books and company-focused discussion documents
- Manage delivery and execution of projects on the ECM side, including capital market updates and newsletters
- Conduct analysis and perform quality control checks of outgoing reports/packs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience of 4+ years in investment banking, preferably in the ECM team of a bank or boutique firm
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, equity offerings, and equity-linked offerings
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
