Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee day-to-day finance operations and drive strategic growth.

  • Manage financial records, accounts, and reports ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and deliver timely insights to leadership through monthly MIS reports including P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals.
  • Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping compliance, and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
  • Track and report financial and operational KPIs ensuring visibility across functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Ensure statutory compliance in India and support UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Assist in preparing investor reports forecasts and financial models to support fundraising and growth planning.
  • Drive process improvements in bookkeeping MIS compliance and financial planning to ensure scalability.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting or auditing ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills able to work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
