The ideal candidate will have a startup mindset, a bias toward action, and a desire to innovate. You will work closely with Senior Leaders, Product Managers, Designers, Dev, Test to deliver features that align with customer and market needs with several brand teams.

  • Lead the product roadmap related to core experiences for Driver information on Cluster or Heads up Display, build the feature roadmap for the product's to align with customer and market needs with several brand teams.
  • Work with engineering teams to groom and prioritize the product backlog, relentlessly problem solve, dive deep into functional and technical details for execution.
  • Drive the product execution, working closely with Engineering, Business Development, UXE, UXD, Systems and other partnering teams to build, test, launch products features.

**Responsibilities:**

You will also be responsible for building a framework to measure ongoing product performance and use data to make decisions to continually improve the product. Additionally, you will pitch new features or enhancements to existing products to get buy-in from leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Management Degree is an added advantage.
  • At least 6 years of relevant Product Management and/or business analyst role creating consumer products.
  • Advance understanding of automotive design, systems, and engineering principles for Clusters and HUD design.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems as car instrument clusters often involve complex electronics and software integration.
  • Up-to-date with the latest HMI trends and technologies to improve driver interaction and safety.
  • Experience with designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces focusing on driver interaction and safety.
  • Understanding of automotive regulations and standards that apply to instrument clusters e.g., safety standards, environmental regulations.
  • Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to create a collaborative team culture.
