Job Title:

Experience Required: 6 months - 2 years in a helpdesk or IT support role.

Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting solutions to ensure smooth operation across systems and devices. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for end-users via phone, email, or in-person support. Implement effective troubleshooting techniques to identify and fix problems promptly.

2. Issue Management:
Log and manage support tickets in the helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-ups with stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.

3. Installation & Configuration:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems. Maintain accurate records of support activities, resolutions, and technical procedures.

4. Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical procedures, including step-by-step guides and user manuals. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and easily accessible by team members and customers.

5. Customer Service:
Provide exceptional support and assistance to customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person). Ensure a positive user experience and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing tools and remote desktop support. Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP).

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
