US Mortgage Loan Origination Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in the US Mortgage Loan Origination department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of loan origination processes and be able to work independently to ensure timely and accurate loan closing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing loan packages, creating initial and subsequent closing disclosures, and coordinating with title and settlement agents to ensure an on-time closing. Additionally, they will need to request fees from settlement agents, prepare preliminary closing disclosures, and issue initial closing disclosures/re-disclosures to clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. A basic understanding of mortgage concepts and proficiency in MS Office tools is also required.
Requirements:- A bachelor's degree in any field for India operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in preparing initial and final closing documents.
- Basic knowledge of mortgage concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
