Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and AI Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end initiatives in data science, leveraging analytics and artificial intelligence technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

About the Role:

  • Run comprehensive data-driven projects from business understanding to deployment.
  • Analyze complex findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations for enhancing business processes.
  • Support sales activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Deep familiarity with machine learning theories and concepts.
  • Significant experience with machine learning (ML) techniques, especially in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or multi-modal models.
  • Experience transforming business requirements into technical plans, including data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python, working knowledge of SQL, and vector database expertise.
  • Familiarity with popular DS/ML/CV/GenAI/NLP libraries such as NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs like OpenAI/Gemini.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with big data and distributed environments would be beneficial.
  • Commercial experience with multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision would be advantageous.

General Requirements:

  • Strong computer programming skills and object-oriented programming proficiency.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources and Databricks.
  • Practical experience with Docker for containerization.
  • Business acumen and ability to come up with creative problem-solving strategies.
