Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive innovation and transformation across multiple verticals. As Associate Director, you will lead a team of consultants in building and executing transformation roadmaps for clients in the customer service/technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives and achieve milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop business cases analyzing feasibility and impact across service lines.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scalability.
  • Deliver strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, and 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Exposure to driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/process re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry (Voice).
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills within all organizational levels to build relationships.
  • Strong internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification preferred.
