Job Title

As a leader in AI innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of responsible AI development.

Our team provides world-class AI safety services that enable our customers to deploy new models and applications quickly without compromising on safety. Your expertise will be crucial in setting clear goals, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of impact, collaboration, and rapid learning.

Our team works closely with customers to understand and address their AI safety challenges. You will engage directly with customer teams to understand their innovation objectives, pain points, and safety requirements. Then, you will translate these needs into actionable roadmaps aligned with their innovation cycles.

To ensure AI applications are aligned, robust, interpretable, and safe, your team will deliver tools and services such as alignment assessments, adversarial testing, drift detection, and interpretability analysis. You will also oversee the development of platforms for these services.

In addition, you will champion engineering excellence in a high-stakes environment. This includes establishing and enforcing secure coding practices, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code. You will ensure system reliability through defined SLAs, SLOs, rigorous testing, and clear operational dashboards.

Finally, you will continuously innovate within AI safety methodologies. This includes keeping current with cutting-edge research in AI safety, adversarial testing, and model evaluation. You will pilot emerging techniques that enhance our offerings and accelerate customer deployments.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years managing technical teams or complex projects. They will have a proven track record delivering AI, ML, or data-intensive platforms or services. The candidate will also demonstrate success in team leadership, coaching, and talent development.

The successful candidate will possess proficiency with common software languages, frameworks, and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and SQL/noSQL databases. Expertise with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is also required. Familiarity with LLM architectures, including evaluation techniques, prompt engineering, and adversarial testing methodologies is highly desirable.
