About the Role

This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, with a chance to secure a pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to source potential candidates. Screen resumes to shortlist candidates aligned with job requirements.
  • Candidate Interaction: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Operations: Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain updated job descriptions. Support in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Collaboration and Market Research

Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. Assist in creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and talent pools to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
What We Offer

An estimated monthly stipend of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000, depending on location and experience, along with a supportive and growth-oriented work environment. A pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance during the internship is also available.
