Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

\Abstract Job Summary: Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating Agile software development projects and ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Coordinate Agile software development projects by supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.\
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal Agile teams and external stakeholders.\
  • Maintain and distribute Agile project documentation, including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories, and retrospectives.\
  • Track sprint progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain sprint velocity and delivery timelines.\
  • Organize and coordinate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\
  • Support release planning and coordinate deployment activities in collaboration with Dev Ops and QA teams.\
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices, promoting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.\
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and feedback sessions.\
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive project success.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.\
  • 5-8 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 3 years in Agile software development environments.\
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.\
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.\
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum or Kanban teams.\
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail in maintaining project artifacts.\
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels, different vendors, and geographies effectively.\
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).\
  • Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
